OG PRODUCTIONs
MadLab's 'little sister' off-site troupe
OG Productions is an ad-hoc theatre company based out of Columbus. We believe that theatre should be entertaining and unexpected, with more than a little chaos. We throw around the word chaos a lot. More than needed, but we do out best to live up to the slogan, "Chaos is Guaranteed".
We officially got our start in January 2010 with our first production, Cow Tipping and Other Love Stories. Because we are ad-hoc, it gives us the opportunity to work with other local theatre/production companies. While we generally work out of MadLab Theatre, we have also worked with Wild Goose Creative, Fake Bacon Productions, Fort Wayne Fringe, and The Beer Battered Theatre Festival. We do 2 shorts festival every year at the St. James Tavern. The Valentine's Day Shorts Festival started in 2012 and the original St. James Theatre Shorts festival, held every Red. White and Boom day started in 2011.
