THEATRE ROULETTE is back again. The longest running annual shorts festival in Central Ohio reaches its triumphant tenth year. The plays are broken up into three separate nights of programming. Be sure to check the schedule below to see what play is being shown on what day, or you can just take your chances.  All shows are at 8pm with the exception of May 23rd where all 10 plays will be performed starting at 2pm.

COLD BREAKFAST by Cody Goulder

The day is like any other.  A man comes downstairs to have breakfast with his wife and two children.  The man kisses his wife on the cheek and proceeds to talk about the upcoming day. However, as the conversation moves forward, the man continues to feel less at ease.  As he comes to his senses, the man soon realizes he is living in a world of his own design as his family is nothing more than mannequins and he has no one to talk to, but himself.

ALIEN HAND SYNDROME by Michael Erickson

Mark is diagnosed with the very rare, but real illness of alien hand syndrome.  His right hand has literally begun to lead a life of its own, separate from Mark.  The hand learns sign language, gets Mark fired from his job, acquires a girlfriend, and becomes the person that Mark could never be.  No matter what Mark does, he cannot stop his hand from dominating and tormenting him.  Finally, Mark makes a bloody decision - only one of them will survive.
