NOIR LITE by Richard Martin Hirsch

The city seethes.  And now a valuable piece of jewelry - a brooch - is missing and heiress Ophelia St. Croix is beside herself.  So she enlists the help of noted female Private Eye, Frieda Diamond and her not-so-trusted assistant, Tuesday Monday, to help track it down.  In the process, a number of unsavory, yet colorful, characters help in the investigation.  Or not.  In this homage to Raymond Chandler, “Chinatown” and several paragraphs of Equal Rights Amendment, nothing is as one might expect.  Which is not necessarily the fault of the writer, though it could be.

CAST AND CREW

Vicki Andronis as Tuesday Monday

Rachel Wiley as Frieda Diamond

Jennifer Feather Youngblood as Ophelia St. Croix

Amanda Howell as Various

Directed by Linda O’Donnell

THE MEMO by Greg Vovos

Everyday Chris and Joe show up to work and at the sound of the bell, type their days away. They type and type and type.  Then, they type some more.  Their daily monotony becomes disturbed when the company’s incessant emos become more absurd and demanding, each time the Memo Person delivers them.  How much can a company demand from its employees before someone pays the price?  And who pays the price?

CAST AND CREW

Michael Moore as Joe

Josh Kessler as Chris

Melissa Bair as Memo Person

DUET FOR VIRTUAL PARTICLES William Borden
